Personally,i believe it is for the interest for a nation to provide higher education ;that is ,college or university education to all of its citezens because ,it will increase the number of littrate people ,more efficient work force, and also provide the tool for that nation to compete with other nation. First of all, providing higher education to every one means having very highly educated poulation, which can be translated as a literate nation.when a nation is highly littrate , the people people of that country are bound to succeed in every aspect because they could easy identify a problem when there is one and get a solution without going that long or seeking to drastic solution to solve a semple problem.for instance ,most third world countries with very low litterate rate always turn to drastic solutions to solve simple economics problems by getting into civil war without even sitting down to discuss the issue .this show how the level of littracy
