“Practice makes perfect” is a saying we often utter in American culture, and, if you want to improve your TOEFL iBT speaking score, you will have to practice a lot. But that is why you subscribed to “The 7 Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT, right?” So, how do you use my online TOEFL course to help you score 26/30 on the speaking section of the TOEFL iBT?
1. Make sure you complete the vocabulary section of my TOEFL course so that you can learn the 1,700 TOEFL words taught in those lessons.
2. Complete the pronunciation section of my course including taking the pre-tests and the post-test. Completing these pre-tests allows me to diagnose your pronunciation problems and recommend lessons so that you can improve your delivery when completing the independent and integrated speaking tasks of the official TOEFL iBT.
3. Study all grammar lessons and complete the writing and editing exercises in TOEFL Grammar Lesson 7. Do NOT skip this lesson because it will help you minimize your grammar and language errors during the speaking section of the TOEFL iBT.
4. Study all independent and integrated speaking lessons, and take one speaking practice test everyday while you are subscribed to the “The 7 Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT.” After posting a speaking practice test response at the Voxopop site for this TOEFL service, be sure to listen to the comments from the TOEFL iBT specialist who will evaluate, score, and comment on your response in three key areas: delivery, grammar and language use, and topic development. The TOEFL specialist will even recommend lessons that you should review so that you can improve your score. Make sure to review those lessons!
If you do these four things, and, if you practice your speaking a lot, you will be able to score higher than 26/30 on TOEFL iBT speaking.
