TOEFL Speaking Task 1 Strategy

Hi Michael,
I have a question regarding independent speaking task Q1.
Is there any strategy to tackle this question if I don’t have ideas or  background knowledge about the topic?
Do you have any list of topics that I can study to make sure that I cover all of the topics?
Thanks,
SA
