Angela is looking for an Online TOEFL Course to improve her vocabulary and reading comprehension.

Angela  is looking for an Online TOEFL Course to help her improve her score. Last time, when she took the exam, she scored well on all sections except for the reading, in which she scored a dismal 15/30 points.   She knew that she needed a better strategy for learning vocabulary, and she wanted help from a trained TOEFL iBT specialist who could show her how to improve her reading comprehension.

After searching several Online Web Sites such as TestDen, StrictlyEnglish, and Passforsure, Angela landed on a web page advertising an Online TOEFL course called “The 7-Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT.”  There were several things about the course that caught her eye.

First of all, the vocabulary section of the course contained more than 2,700 exercises to help her learn 1, 700 TOEFL vocabulary words.  For example, she would have access to a 150 page  vocabulary E-book that contained listening, reading, matching, and grammar exercises to help her learn the words she was studying.  She knew that by completing those exercises she would be able to dramatically increase her vocabulary proficiency, a fact helping her to improve her reading comprehension.

Second of all, the reading section of the course contained dozens and dozens of lessons designed to familiarize Angela with the reading test-taking skills and strategies of the TOEFL exam. By going through these lessons, Angela would learn each TOEFL iBT reading question type and the test-taking strategies for answering them. In addition, the reading section of her Online TOEFL Course contained 70 speed reading tests to help Angela increase her reading speed from 100 to 350 words per minute–with each speed reading test being five more words than the previous one.  Angela had no idea what her current reading speed was, but she knew it was not that fast. She also knew that she never had enough time to complete the reading section of the exam and that, if she could increase her reading speed, it would mean that she would be able to complete the reading questions faster.  Therefore, Angela was anxious to begin the reading section of the course so she could increase her TOEFL score.

Finally, Angela e-mailed the TOEFL iBT specialist of “The 7-Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT” to get more information. To her surprise,  Michael Buckhoff, founder, owner, and materials writer of the course, sent her a You Tube video answering her questions about the course. And the next day she signed up to begin her Online TOEFL studies.

Go Angela!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
