Last year 2012, Roland got a score of 82, which he remarked as frustrating. So confused, Roland asked Michael to shoot his score up in two months before September 5, 2013. Anticipating Michael’s reply, Roland who is French decided to sign up for Michael’s Online TOEFL Course: “The 7 Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT” to start his studies while in anticipation for Michael reply. Preparing for the exam again because his next test was on Sep. 5, 2013, Roland even left his job to prepare himself for this test. With this in mind, after Michael gave Roland a self-assessment, Roland was advised to review Michael’s listening and speaking sections.
With Michael’s self-assessment, Roland was advised to review Michael’s listening and speaking sections. With this, Roland tackled Michael’s listening section first. In Michael’s listening section, Roland was taught to become prepared about the necessary listening skills he needed to score high on the listening section of the actual TOEFL iBT. Case in point, Roland learned to catch the main idea and important details of campus-related and academic listening passages with 44 different academic listening practice tests and 16 different listening comprehension lesson plans. By way of Michael’s exclusive listening lessons, Roland learned tips and tricks such as: inferencing, idioms, negative expressions, getting the main idea, and understanding transitions. Because of this, Roland was able to strengthen his listening strengths during his two month subscription.
Secondly, Roland tackled Michael’s speaking section second to strengthen his competent speaking skills and organization. With this, in Michael’s speaking section, Roland was taught to become better prepared about the necessary speaking skills he needed to score high on the speaking section of the actual TOEFL iBT. Case in point, Roland learned competent speaking skills such as: decoding the speaking task, organizing a coherent response including a topic statement, delivering rich details in the body of the speech, and ending with a conclusion; with 300 independent and 20 integrated practice tests plus 100′s of skill-building exercises and Exclusive Voxopop Discussion Group, where students post their speaking responses. By way of Michael’s exclusive speaking section, Roland strengthened speaking skills enough to address the independent and integrated tasks of the actual TOEFL iBT with precise organization and competence.
At the end of two months, Roland gave Michael some great news with his latest results; read them below:
