“Michael, I only need to focus on the writing and speaking TOEFL lessons of your course.”

Often, I get e-mails from new students who say that they only want to focus on the TOEFL lessons in the speaking and writing parts of my course.

However, without a strong base of basic and advanced vocabulary and without being able to display syntactic variety, how can you speak and write academic English.  Additionally, if you cannot speak clearly in terms of your articulating vowel and consonant sounds and using appropriate syllable division, word stress, sentence rhythm, intonation, thought groups (pausing), and blending, how can you score high on the speaking section of the TOEFL iBT?

In a similar manner, how can you expect to score high on the integrated speaking and integrated writing sections of the tests without having the ability to read and listen proficiently to academic passages. Remember that you will have to read and listen to academic passages as you complete the integrated speaking and integrated writing tasks of the TOEFL iBT.

Finally, “The 7-System to Pass the TOEFL iBT” consists of vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, listening, reading, writing, and speaking lessons and is designed to help you develop well-rounded academic English proficiency.  So, are you sure you ONLY want to focus on the writing and speaking lessons of my course.
