Étienne felt that the writing scoring is very objective and iBT writing specialists can score it any way they please. So Étienne took it upon himself to pay a subscription for Michael Buckhoff’s Online TOEFL Course: “The 7 Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT.” In order to apply into the university of his dreams, Étienne asked to review Michael’s prominent vocabulary, grammar, and writing sections to improve his writing mastery in English. Needing marks minimal to or higher than one-hundred-five, Étienne mentioned how when he previously was enrolled in a TOEFL course for 3 months last year, his results in reading, listening and speaking sections were good but not in writing. With one month and a half, Étienne reviewed Michael’s course to improve his difficulties in writing.
Étienne had 15 exclusive vocabulary lessons; vocabulary exercises; and practice tests with 90 hours of total instruction and 2,700 total questions for a potential mastery 1,700 TOEFL words.
On that account, with Michael’s vocabulary section, Étienne was able to study words long enough until he personally felt comfortable using them; eventually students like Étienne are able to support their generalizations and ideas in the speaking and writing sections with details by developing a larger vocabulary foundation. Furthermore when completing vocabulary lessons; Étienne was able to engage in vocabulary exercises, listening exercises and final exams for a mastery of 1,700 TOEFL words; Étienne as a result super-sized his vocabulary knowledge and understanding.
Étienne further had 8 exclusive grammar lessons, 35 hours of total instruction and 2,000 total questions with exclusive access to college level editing, grammar, and writing to evaluate his grammar competencies.
On that account, with Michael’s grammar section, Étienne was able to study Michael’s grammar lesson plans which improved his skills in: punctuation, editing, and writing; as well as, Étienne’s competencies in: learning basic and advanced sentence structures, verb tenses, word choice, and word forms, parallel structures, and so on. For that reason, it was critical that Étienne not only completed these writing, grammar, and research exercises but also understood what he was being taught, for learning this content will better acquaint Étienne and students with the rigors of academic writing.
Lastly, Étienne had 16 exclusive writing lessons, 40 independent and 43 integrated practice tests plus 100′s of skill-building exercises with 90 hours of total instruction and feedback provided by a writing specialist.
On that account, with Michael’s writing section, Étienne was able to study with Michael’s writing lessons and exercises where he learned independent and integrated writing skills like: how to decode the writing task, organize a coherent response, writing detailed developmental paragraphs, and end his essays with a conclusion. This is why Étienne was able to target and improve his writing weaknesses by gaining competence and focusing in mastering his writing proficiency. In addition, with feedback provided by a writing specialist, Étienne was able to know how he needed to improve and which lessons would be better suited for him to study.
In the end, Étienne scored: R-25, L-26, S-27, and W-27. Totaling to 105, which will enable Étienne to receive admission into the university of his dreams! Like Étienne, improve your writing intelligibility with Michael’s prominent course.
