I charge $99 a month for daily Speaking and Writing feedback under the 2026 TOEFL rubric. Your first sample is always free, and you can cancel any time from your PayPal account.
- One sample per day, evaluated. Email me one 60-second Speaking recording or one Writing draft each day. For Speaking samples, I send back an audio recording of me grading your sample live. For Writing, a one-paragraph written diagnosis. Either way, graded under the 2026 TOEFL rubric.
- Virtual Zoom office hours. Monday through Thursday, 11:30am to 12:30pm Pacific. Five to ten minute one-on-one slots, first-come-first-served, included free with subscription.
- 2026-rubric scoring. Every sample is graded the way SpeechRater listens to Speaking and e-rater reads Writing, so you learn what the engine actually rewards.
- Pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, topic development. Targeted notes on the two or three things costing you the most points, with the fix for each one.
- Cancel any time. The subscription runs through PayPal. You can stop it whenever you want from your PayPal dashboard.

What exactly do I get for $99 a month?
You email me one 60-second Speaking recording or one Writing draft each day. I grade it under the 2026 TOEFL rubric. For Speaking, you receive an audio recording of me grading your sample live. For Writing, a one-paragraph diagnosis. You also get five to ten minute Zoom office-hour slots Monday through Thursday, 11:30am to 12:30pm Pacific.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The subscription runs through PayPal. You can cancel from your PayPal dashboard whenever you want. No phone call, no email required.
What counts as one sample?
One 60-second Speaking recording answering one task, OR one Writing draft (Independent, Integrated, Academic Discussion, Email, or Build-a-Sentence). One per day, every day you want feedback.
Do I have to subscribe to send a sample?
No. The first sample is free. Send a sample here. If the diagnosis is useful, come back and subscribe.
Does the subscription include test materials or templates?
The subscription is feedback only. Free TOEFL Speaking and Writing courses, practice prompts, and the 8,800+ teaching videos on YouTube are all available without subscribing.
How fast do you reply?
Within three days, usually faster. I read five to seven samples a week, one at a time. You will hear back at the email you provided.
Do you grade IELTS or other tests?
The subscription is built around the TOEFL iBT 2026 rubric. If you are preparing for IELTS Academic or another test, email me before subscribing and we can discuss whether it makes sense.
