Ano, who is taking an Online TOEFL Course, wants to study at the university where his TOEFL mentor teaches.

Ano, who is been taking an Online TOEFL Course called “The 7-Step System to Pass the TOEFL iBT,” has been working hard studying with Michael Buckhoff, the TOEFL mentor of his Online TOEFL Course. In fact, based on his current progress, it is very likely that he will be able to reach his TOEFL goals a lot faster than he thought. Therefore, Ano is looking further down the road and is deciding about which university he wants to attend in the United States. Here is a message that he sent to Michael a couple of days ago:

Hello. You said you work at the CSUSB. I would love to learn there. The required TOFEL iBT score for undergraduate admissions is 61. I
think I will reach that score. The only big problem is my finances. I did an exploration on the official CSUSB website but still, very
difficult for me to figure out what would be the total cost of attendance for the first year? Is there any possibility to get a need
based grant or somehow waive my tuition? This is extremely hard for me. Thanks.

Michael then responded with the following video to Ano:
